We are looking for a stellar Development & Automation Specialist to bring The Scalelab to the next level.

​

You will be supporting the Head of Growth in improving the company’s website, building automation processes for sales, marketing and internal efficiency. This role is for self starters who are comfortable being autonomous and like to see the positive results of their own initiatives. 

​

Responsibilities

​

• Improve The Scalelab’s website and SEO performance.

• Improve The Scalelab’s automation processes across various systems (CRM, Slack, Airtable, Social media, Website...).

• Ensure clear analytics and data structuring.

• Support in the integration of new tools and workflows.

• Create individual websites and notion pages for the company’s founders.

• Set up HubSpot automation and develop a lead ranking system.

• Invest 20% of your time on a creative project.

 

Requirements

 

• An entrepreneurial mindset bringing autonomy and drive. (Autonomy doesn't mean there's no guidance, rather that you are comfortable with your capabilities).

• You're a fast learner who also provides inputs and findings to improve the overall efficiency of the team.

• Strong team player, easy to communicate and work with.

• Technical background comfortable with HTML, Javascript, Laravel, Python and other languages.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• You can successfully integrate new tools into your work habits.

 

Compensation

300€ (≈3,250 Dhs) per month
